Colocation (or housing) involves hosting your own IT equipment (servers, switches, etc.) in our datacenters. We provide the rack space, redundant power supply, network connectivity and physical security. You retain ownership and full control of your equipment.
Physical access to the datacenter is managed exclusively by NHC teams. For any intervention on your hardware (disk replacement, RAM addition, cabling, etc.), our qualified technicians perform the operation according to your instructions. This ensures the security of all facilities.
Each plan includes dedicated power capacity: 100W for 1U, 200W for 2U, 400W for 4U and 1000W for 10U. In case of overage, a surcharge of 50C$ excl. tax per 100W increment is billed monthly. Power supply is fully redundant (2N).
Yes, with the BGP IP Transit option, you can announce your own IP prefixes through our network. We also provide a /31 IPv4 and /64 IPv6 block with each plan. Additional blocks (/29, /28, /27 or more) are available upon request.
We guarantee a 99.99% SLA on network availability and power supply. In case of non-compliance, service credits are automatically applied according to the terms of our service level agreement.
You ship your hardware to our datacenter address. Our technicians proceed with racking, network and power cabling, then commissioning according to your specifications. A connectivity test is performed before going into production.
